Mulalo Sivhidzho, the widow of Avhatakali Netshisaulu, son of City Press editor-in-chief Mathatha Tsedu, has made a habit of showing up in court dressed to the nines for the cameras in her much-publicised trial for the murder of her husband.

Judging by the familiarity of the clothes she wears, she obviously enjoys cruising the Nigerian clothing shops.

Despite the relatively low prize tags the woman still looks sensational in the attires. .

As a woman who lives in a townhouse in North Riding in the northern suburbs of Jozi, one would have expected her to do her shopping in Sandton or Rosebank.

Her shoes are also a common sight on Nigerian shop shelves. They go for R80 and R120 on a good day, depending on your negotiation skills and the mood of the seller.

It seems she tried too hard to look stylish and up-market with a Louis Vuitton handbag. Don't worry, you can get a fake one in Hillbrow for less than R50.

Though the colour combinations of her clothes are not bad, they scream cheap! The purple jacket goes for about R50. The red suit goes for less than R100.

The only thing that carries the day is her hairstyles.

Though she has kept the razor-cut, which reached its sell-by date three seasons ago, she came into court with a bonding that had every strand of her hair in place. Kudos to her hairstylist.

A lack of make-up does nothing to improve her strong looks and her unmanicured nails also expose her cheapness.

Pity we can't tell the designer of her sunglasses but to her credit they suit her.
