Michael Jackson's return to the stage to accept an iconic award has reportedly been jeopardised by an ongoing row with his brothers over unpaid debts.

The pop legend, pictured, allegedly owes his siblings - Jackson 5 bandmates - R6,54million in royalties from their string of 1970s hits.

The King of Pop has reportedly not spoken to his brothers since being acquitted of child molestation charges in 2005.

This fuelled reports he will not join them at the BMI Urban Awards in Los Angeles next month. - Wenn
