Stars, who won the inaugural edition of the tournament in 2006, beat Nyamazane Celitcs 2-1 while Barcelona edged Yorkcor United in the semifinals.
Celtics and United will now compete for third and fourth place at 11am.
The event is contested by five sides from the Ehlanzeni region of Mpumalanga who are campaigning in the Vodacom League and two teams from the SAB Castle League.
