Umkhonto weSizwe Military Veterans Association in Mpumalanga has called for unity among all ANC structures that will take part in the party's provincial conference from August 15 to 17.
Though calling for unity the organisation supports one faction for the provincial executive committee consisting of David Mabuza, the MEC for agriculture who is a candidate for the chairman position.
In addition to Mabuza the veterans raised the names of Charles Makola for deputy chairman, Lucky Ndinisa as secretary, Sinana Dlamini for deputy secretary and Clifford Mkasi for treasurer.
