Superintendent Priscilla Naidu of Eastern Cape police yesterday said the dismembered carcass of the dog was found hung up on a fence. The intestines were found in a bag.
"The dog's head was found hanging on a gate," she said.
The man from KwaNobuhle claimed the mongrel was having a seizure and he wanted to see what was wrong, so he cut the dog open. - Sapa
