Vosloorus City Stars narrowly beat Brakpan Movers 2-1 in the quarterfinals of the Coca-Coca Shanduka tournament at Vosloorus ground at the weekend.
A moment of silence was observed in memory of the late Safa Ekurhuleni official Joseph Matiea before the start of the game. Stars scored though Thato Malesoena while Movers equalised through Thabo Ndlovu. But Malesoena completed his brace for a final score of 2-1.
