Leonard Chuene, ASA president, was part of the council board members who attended the two-day workshop.
"This workshop is the second step in our strategy development process, which is intended to make Athletics South Africa a world-class organisation," said Chuene.
The exercise demonstrates the athletics governing body's commitment to good business practice and transparency in sport, a move that will hopefully be emulated by other federations. - Meshack Khotha
