It's all systems go at the the Peter Mokaba Sports Complex in Polokwane after construction workers ended a three-week strike.

Officials say the project will be completed in time for 2010.

The workers had embarked on an illegal strike demanding to be paid bonuses.

The 750 workers went back to work after an agreement between management and the National Union of Mineworkers.

Management has apparently agreed to pay each worker R3000 in bonuses .

Union shop steward , Jeff Lamola confirmed yesterday that the workers would each receive R1000 on Friday.

The remainder would be paid in December.

"We are happy with the developments," Lamola said.
