National police spokesman Vish Naidoo said seven other people were arrested on Saturday for possession of such tickets, in addition to the two arrested for selling the tickets.
"We also recovered two unlicensed firearms and arrested two men for drinking in public and being disorderly.
"They were arrested because they were drunk," Naidoo said. - Sapa
