The workers were fired last month, and they took their case to the CCMA without the knowledge of the company's head office. The company promised to investigate following Sowetan's enquiry last month.
"Our employers told us they did not fire us but Tubatse Ferro Chrome was involved in our dismissal," one of the workers said.
