At the risk of sounding like the eternal pessimist, I feel that a lot of people who sacrificed time, energy and effort sat in the Ginwala enquiry for what will end up being one big tea party.

At the risk of sounding like the eternal pessimist, I feel that a lot of people who sacrificed time, energy and effort sat in the Ginwala enquiry for what will end up being one big tea party.

The most important testimony would have been that of Justice Minister Brigitte Mabandla?

Clearly this enquiry is not important enough for the minister to grace it with her presence. Does she think she is beyond reproach when it comes to having to account to the public?

Why do we have to wait until August for the outcome of the hearing?
