Batau Killers will meet Inspection FC in the SAB Cup final in the Safa Gert Sibande region of Mpumalanga, looking to avenge the defeat in the Nedbank Cup preliminary rounds.

The game is slated for Glenmore Stadium on Saturday. Kickoff is at 3pm.

Inspection, who campaign in the region's Castle Regional League, defeated Killers 6-5 on penalties in the Nedbank Cup last season.

The Embalenhle side surprised many people when they made it to the last 32 of the lucrative cup where they were defeated by recently relegated Premiership side Black Leopards 0-2.

"We are going to beat them again on Saturday," said an upbeat Nicholas Mtshweni, Inspection coach.

"Their weak point is that they play too much individual soccer while we play as a team. Their players are also shorter than ours, so we will be capitalising on those two areas."

Killers will be playing in the Mpumalanga Vodacom League after gaining promotion last season.

Their coach, Solly Matsimela, said: "All we are looking for is to avenge the Nedbank Cup defeat. That defeat upset us and the final is the right platform to avenge it."
