Barberton All Blacks beat Double Action 4-1 on penalties at Emjindini Stadium in Barberton on Sunday to advance to the quarterfinals of the Lemmer & Kie Top-16 tournament.

The game had ended 1-all in regulation time.

Action were the first to score through Mandla Magongo in the 21st minute.

Wonder Nkosi equalised for All Blacks in the 85th minute to take the game into the lottery of the penalty shootout, which All Blacks won 4-1.

In other matches, Tiger Boys beat Flamingo FC 3-2 while XI Mambas edged Segala Tigers 4-2.

Saturday fixtures at Emjindini Stadium: Young Masters v Trouble Maker (1pm); Happy People v Mall FC (3pm).

Sunday: Umjindi Municipality FC v Inyoka Beyihlohla (11am), Shoprite FC v Scorpions FC (1pm), and Green Mamba v Mighty Bucks (3pm).
