Sowetan and Sunday World are the media publicity partners of an ambitious youth development programme of Umsobomvu Youth Fund (UYF), the South African Youth Chamber of Commerce, and Nafcoc Youth.

Aptly known as Future 100 - and to be launched in Cape Town on Saturday - the programme seeks to inspire, recognise, acknowledge and promote young entrepreneurs.

This will be done through identifying, selecting and awarding 100 young entrepreneurs.

Future 100's project theme is: Discovering SA's 100 most promising young entrepreneurs, and is one of the flagship projects of the Youth Entrepreneurship Campaign 2010 (YEC2010), a partnership for promoting youth entrepreneurship in South Africa.
