Prestige Cleaning Services has launched an investigation into how 15 of its employees in Limpopo were dismissed, with the matter landing at the CCMA, without its knowledge.

The company's Johannesburg office said it learnt about the developments at Tubatse Ferro Chrome in Steelpoort for the first time from Sowetan yesterday.

The 15 workers had accused their employer of unfair dismissal and unfair labour practice, CCMA spokesman Lusanda Myoli confirmed yesterday.

They claimed the company had "hidden agendas" against them, an employee said.

Prestige human resources director Paul Roux said they would meet next week with the employees in an attempt to resolve their problems.
