The unseemly events in Zimbabwe are disgusting. How do the leaders of the AU sit back and allow dictators like Robert Mugabe to hurt people like that?
The fact that more than 80 MDC activists have been murdered just proves that Africa needs to act against these barbarians. The footage on TV of beatings of people who are said to be MDC supporters is proof that Mugabe will not give up power without a fight.
People always criticise the US when they initiate regime changes of governments that abuse human rights. Now I wouldn't mind if George Bush sent troops to eliminate Mugabe and his buddies.
