The whole country is holding its breath for the long awaited decision from the National Energy Regulator of SA (Nersa) on Eskom's application for a revised tariffs increase. Nersa will make public its crucial decision tomorrow. A sharp rise in electricity tariff will drive up inflation and in turn, interest rates.
