Scrumhalf Ricky Januarie is expected to be given a run when the Springboks meet Wales in the second Test at Loftus on Saturday.

The talented Stormers scrumhalf missed last weekend's clash in Bloemfontein after serving a one-game suspension for indiscipline.

His return will be a major boost for the home team who are looking forward to recording a second successive win against the Six Nations Champions on Saturday.

The South Africans should improve their scrum that was not good enough in their 43-17 victory.

Six players who were withdrawn from training on Monday after picking up minor injuries, will be considered for selection.

They are flyhalf Butch James, captain John Smit, prop CJ van der Linde, prop Brian Mujati, lock Dannie Rossouw and wing Tonderai Chavanga.

Coach Peter de Villiers is unlikely to make wholesale changes to the side that thrashed the visitors.

The in-form James is expected to continue where he left off last week after he produced an outstanding kicking performance, scoring 23 of the Boks' 43 points.

The squad to face Wales will be announced this afternoon in Sandton.
