Inspector Solomon Mbhele said the unidentified man, believed to be in his mid-30s, was found on Monday evening with several wounds on his forehead.
"We believe he was struck with a sharp instrument. His head was covered with a plastic bag and he was half-naked," Mbhele said.
Police suspect the man was murdered elsewhere. No arrests had been made. - Sapa
