On Wednesday evening police in Brighton Beach, Isipingo, and the Durban South dog unit were alerted to an armed robbery at the Boxer Cash and Carry supermarket.
When police sent a dog into the back of the shop they heard a gunshot. On hearing the shot the officers converged on the back of the shop where a shootout ensued. - Sapa
