The thought of an auto show in Soweto has been in many people's tongues for years.
Today, a handful of youths have decided to take up the challenge and launch what would be the first real motor show in the heart of Soweto.
The Soweto Auto Show is launching today, with the actual show taking place from June 4 to 8.
The launch will be held at Primi Piatti at Maponya Mall, Klipspruit, from 11am to 12:30pm.
According to the organisers, the show is expected to pull in a crowd of more than 11000 from all over Gauteng.
