Relegation-threatened Jomo Cosmos return to Orkney on Sunday (3pm) hoping their gods will finally smile on them this time round.
Ezenkosi take on Lamontville Golden Arrows in an Absa Premiership match that can be described as yet another six- pointer for the hosts.
The encounter comes after Cosmos showed a great improvement, especially upfront, in their 1-1 draw against title-chasing Santos two weeks ago.
In that drama-filled game, which also caught the attention of the Safa Referees' Review Committee, Cosmos deserved to walk away with maximum points.
Cosmos received a timely boost this week after Thapelo Tshilo was cleared to play against the rejuvenated Abafana Bes'thende.
The committee found that Tshilo did not in any way touch Santos' Erwin Isaacs, who was awarded a penalty for the alleged foul.
The booking could have been Tshilo's fourth, ruling him out of the game against Arrows, who are out for revenge after Cosmos beat them in the Nedbank Cup.
Another major boost for Cosmos is the return of captain and rock solid central defender, Valery Nahayo from suspension.
But Jomo Sono's babes will still be without three injured players - Innocent Ntsume (ankle), Sydney Plaatjies and Sipho Sephadi (hamstring).
Cosmos have played four games at Orkney since relocating to the North West dorpie on February 24, three ending in goalless draws.
The only game that produced a goal was when Cosmos were defeated 1-0 by Ajax Cape Town.
Arrows, on the other hand, seem to be back to winning ways.
Andrew Rabutla, Cosmos' manager, said: "We are very much happy with the review committee's ruling; we knew that Chappies [Tshilo] did nothing wrong.
"It's a tough game against Arrows but a win will put us in a very good position to move away from Black Leopards for good."
While Cosmos are trying to avoid relegation, Arrows' coach Manqoba Mngqithi has made it clear they want to finish well inside the top four bracket.
That would guarantee them R2 million in prize money. The clubs finishing fifth to eighth on the log will get between R1,5 million and R1million.
The clash will see Bamuza Sono, Dikgang Mabalane (Cosmos), Kagisho Dikgacoi and Papi Zothwane (Arrows) on display.
