Inspector Bernadine Steyn said the unidentified man was found around 10.30am on Tuesday. She said the man's hands had been tied behind his back and he had an open wound to his head. He was wearing red shorts and a grey T-shirt. "We are investigating the possibility that the murder might have been committed somewhere else," she said.
