London-listed coal producer Bisichi Mining has announced that it has settled all disputes with its former black economic empowerment (BEE) partner in South Africa, Endulwini Resources. Bisichi and Endulwini ended their partnership in the Black Wattle coal mine in 2006 and the two companies have been in dispute since then. Under the terms of the settlement, Bisichi and Endulwini have agreed to drop all legal actions and counteractions. Bisichi becomes the full owner of Black Wattle. Bisichi will pay R10million in total to Endulwini Resources and the Mhlaba Dube Trust. Reuters
