Lereko grows stake in York

Forestry group York Timber said yesterday that black ownership in the company had increased to 39percent after Lereko Metier Capital Growth Fund increased its stake from four percent to 14,1percent. This follows a strategic sale and purchase of shares in the company by two of its existing shareholders. Blackstar Investors sold eight million ordinary shares in the company at R25,17 each to Lereko. - I-Net Bridge
