It is amazing to watch the Johannesburg Metro police department on a mission.
It seems that when there is a will there is a way.
Yesterday in Ivory Park JMPD vehicles surrounded the rank in droves and launched a search and seize operation so efficient that they would have made SWAT in the USA proud!
The motive: to arrest two taxi drivers who had assaulted two of their own.
I congratulate them but I also wonder why they cannot have this type of urgency when it comes to serving the rest of the community in terms of traffic policing, bylaw enforcement and crime prevention?
