A man threatened to shoot three nurses at Lefiso clinic in KwaMhlanga, Mpumalanga, on Saturday night when they refused to let him in without the security guard.
The man, who was with a woman in his car, vandalised the clinic's windows and doors when the nurses told him to find the security guard to let him in.
The guard eventually appeared, bundled the man into his car and ordered him to leave.
"He was aggressive, insisting that we open the door or he would shoot us dead," said one nurse.
