Racism is still alive in Mpumalanga, especially in Badplaas, Lydenburg, White River and Nelspruit.

It is high time that Afrikaners started accepting that we black people have more money and are better educated now.

We'll never be white and we don't want to be. If God wanted us to be white He would have made us white.

So we must be black for a reason and whites can't change that.

I had a terrifying experience at the Crossings Shopping Centre in Nelspruit. A white couple in their 40s were obstructing our car while we had the right of way.

Instead of waiting for us to drive on, they said: "Drive off you f***** k*****s!"

I got out of the car, followed them and gave them a piece of my mind without giving them a chance to respond.

I then demanded that they apologise to my friends and I for being so rude. If they didn' tI would sue them for every cent they own, I said.

They apologised. It meant nothing, but the fact that they did made it better.

So all you black, beautiful, powerful people and anyone else who has been affected by racism, don't be afraid to stand up to whites.

Proud Citizen, Nelspruit
