Congo are through to the second round of the competition after their opponents Chad were disqualified.
CAF disqualified the west African country from the tournament after the country's federation was suspended from international competition by Fifa.
Fifa banned Chad from international competition on Friday because of the government's interference in the sport.
The suspension means Chadian clubs and officials are banned from continental competitions.
Congo will now advance to face neighbours DR Congo in the second round.
l Bafana Bafana play against Mauritius in the same competition in an away match on May 4 and in South Africa on May 21.
The two-legged qualifier will be followed by the 2010 World Cup-Afcon qualifiers against Nigeria in Abuja on May 31.
