Exclusive property company Aylesford International has opened an office that specialises in the sale of onshore and offshore properties worth over R40million.
Aylesford International SA, based in Cape Town's De Waterkant, was opened this month by business partners Sally Wilson and Rory O'Hagan, who said they already have a portfolio of R8billion worth of properties up for sale.
Aylesford International SA office joins branches located in Europe, Australia, the Caribbean, South America, Thailand and the US.
The local wing is expected to attract buyers from European countries such as Switzerland, the UK, India and Dubai.
