Jomo Cosmos hope to transfer their Nedbank Cup form into the Absa Premiership when they entertain Moroka Swallows at Orkney Stadium on Sunday (3.30pm).
This comes a week after the goal-shy Ezenkosi defied the odds to beat Lamontville Golden Arrows in Ke Yona's last-32 stage game in Durban.
Incidentally, the last time Cosmos registered a win in the league was when they beat the same Swallows 3-1 at Germiston Stadium on December 1.
"We are excited with the cup win but for us the most important thing now is the league," said Andrew "Jaws of Life" Rabutla, Cosmos' manager.
"We have to show consistency by also doing well in the league, though it won't be an easy game because Swallows have some pretty good players.
"The plan is go to out there and put up a big fight for the three points. The team is doing well and Nkosinathi Nhleko seems to have found his scoring touch."
On the other hand, Swallows' general manager Sipho Xulu said they were determined to avenge the first round embarassment by Cosmos.
l In Atteridgeville on the same day, SuperSport United resume their challenge for the league by welcoming Free State Stars at Super Stadium at 8pm.
United bombed out of Ke Yona after losing to arch-rivals Mamelodi Sundowns, while Ea lla koto beat Platinum Stars in the same competition.
l In Mangaung also on Sunday, but starting at 3.30pm, struggling Bloemfontein Celtic will welcome the in-form and free-scoring Santos at Seisa Ramabodu Stadium.
