Bloemfontein Celtic's supporters, whose side has been playing far below par, will demand an urgent meeting with the club management to sort out the problems in the team.

This follows a string of poor results from Phunya Selesele.

Celtic host Santos in an Absa Premiership game at Seisa Ramabodu Stadium on Sunday.

The supporters want to meet management before this encounter which they believe they have to win come rain or shine.

Celtic's No 1 supporter Botha Msila said it was imperative that they hold talks with management to iron out issues.

Howver, they will first meet as supporters and then approach the management.

"The supporters are aware that players do not want to pull up their weight, irrespective of the fact that we've been behind the team and supporting it unconditionally.

"Since we, as supporters, demanded that Khabo (Zondo) should be reinstated, the team is underperforming.

"The players must be aware that they are hired to do a job and they are being paid to bring results," said Msila.

"The players don't care anymore, they are not committed and are no longer passionate about the team. We want the management to sort out the problem before it is too late.

"They must be prepared to work for the team, which is our pride and they must bear in mind that we as supporters are also stakeholders in the club. We're aware that they are sabotaging the coach."

Celtic's PRO Sello Nduna said they, as management, did not know where the problem lies because the players are not complaining because their salaries and bonuses are well taken care off.

"We're using the best facilities but the results are not forthcoming.

"I think we have to sit down and identify the problem," Nduna said.
