Mars has biggest volcano known to exist on any planet

The volcanoes on Mars are probably extinct, but they are still impressive. They have been given the names: Arsia, Pavonis, Ascraeus Mons and Olympus Mons, which is the biggest volcano known on any planet. Olympus Mons is 24km high - that is three times the height of Mount Everest, the highest peak on earth - and it measures 600km across.
