A resurgent Mamelodi Sundowns might register their third win in a row when they meet Bloemfontein Celtic tomorrow.
This Absa Premiership match takes place at Loftus at 3.30pm, and is probably a must-win for the visiting Celtic to bolster their spirits after an eventful week, when coach Khabo Zondo was fired.
Sundowns registered their second win in a row, 2-1 away to Golden Arrows on Wednesday, and are looking forward to taking advantage of Celtic while the Bloemfontein team are still in a state of disarray.
Downs' spokesman Daniel Mudau said his team was injury- free except for Dillon Sheppard and Manqoba Ngwenya. He warned his players against underestimating a wounded Celtic after the Bloemfontein side lost their midweek match 0-1 to Orlando Pirates.
"Celtic will want to make amends to their multitude of supporters at our expense. We have to make sure that they don't use us to resurrect themselves," Mudau said.
Sundowns' Fanyana Dhladhla and Peter Ndlovu will probably give the Celtic defence of Gary Goldstone, James Madidilane and Timothy Batabaire problems.
It remains to be seen how Celtic will fare in their second match with Benjamin Reid and David Modise in charge.
