It will take place in Johannesburg where some of the top brass from world soccer governing body Fifa and the Local Organising Committee will attend.

Jerome Valcke, Fifa's general secretary, will lead a high-powered delegation from Zurich that is in the country for the LOC board of directors meeting.

Irvin Khoza, LOC chairman, and chief executive Danny Jordaan will also be at this function where issues relating to the hospitality programme will be clarified.

Match, the accommodation and ticketing agency appointed by Fifa for the World Cup, will be represent by its chairman Jaime Byrom. Match will also run next year's Confederations Cup.
