After banging in a brace in a 4-0 drubbing of Miembeni SC, Mamelodi Sundowns goal poacher Peter Ndlovu said his performance could be a turning point.

This African Champions League match, played at Super Stadium on Saturday, saw Trott Moloto's team overwhelm the guests with goals scored by Bryan Aldave, Lerato Chabangu and the two by Ndlovu.
"We really needed the win to boost our confidence. After what has been said about us of late, I feel we have shown we are still capable of performing when required to," Ndlovu said.
The Zimbabwean reflected on the bad times that have plagued his team, and appealed to supporters to get behind him and his teammates as they attempt to salvage their season.
"We won't hide from the fact we have not been doing well, but this win gives us the momentum needed to, among other things, improve our position in the league," said Ndlovu.
The players gave coach Moloto something to gloat over for a change.
"Our goals were well worked out and not the sort that came from nowhere," Moloto said.
Though there were plenty of misses from Fanyana Dhladhla and Aldave, there were no disastrous back passes from rightback Vuyo Mere, who was the provider of both Ndlovu goals.
But the visiting team were so poor that they only earned their first corner in the 33rd minute of the match.
There is a lot of work to do for head coach Suleiman Jabir, who put the sorry display down to a lack of experience.
"My players are all between the ages of 18 and 23 and this is their first season in top-flight football.
"We have to get more international exposure if we are to compete," Jabir said.
