Classic director Sinky "Twalaza" Mnisi has threatened to take his case against Peace Lovers to Fifa if he is not treated fairly by the South African Football Association (Safa).

Mnisi lodged a complaint with Safa after Peace Lovers fielded Solomon Phala, whom Mnisi alleged was not properly registered with the Polokwane-based club.

This was during their Nedbank Cup preliminary match that Classic lost 1-0 in Seshego three weeks ago.

The two teams play in the Limpopo Vodacom Promotional League.

The case was dismissed by Safa's disciplinary committee but Mnisi lodged an appeal and the case was referred back to the DC on Wednesday night.

Lazarus Mafa, chairman of Peace Lovers, said the player in question was cleared by fellow campaigners Dia Rora.
