Moms warned

Mothers of newborn babies have a tendency to leave their children in the care of strangers while they go on an errand.

This has ended in many women losing their children to unscrupulous people who steal babies to save their rocky marriages.

Phumeza Pulwana was lucky to be reunited with her two-week-old bundle of joy this week after the child was stolen from Mamelodi Hospital last Friday - thanks to the culprit's father who blew the whistle.

The warning to mothers is that they must never let strangers look after their babies.

Children are treasures that cannot be replaced.
