I thank the JMPD. I don't like having a penis waved at me because a man won't use a bathroom. Look for a toilet, dammit!
Some people will say that the JMPD should focus on crime and traffic offences. They should, but petty crime can't be ignored.
It worked in New York, once a dirty, crime-ridden city. Now it's a tourist-friendly place.
We must do the same if we want to make Joburg clean, safe and rich for 2010.
