Seven murder suspects were denied bail for the third time for the alleged murder of Henry Myeni, 18.
The suspects appeared in the Tonga magistrate's court on Friday and the case was postponed to February 15 for a bail application.
The suspects, aged between 18 and 32, are Celiwe Sithole, Tobhi Sithole, Fernado Sithole, Bongumusa Mpapane, July Lubisi, Bheki Thobela and Simon Lubisi.
They were not asked to plead by magistrate Christiaan Phillipus Swanepoel.
Myeni was killed at his house at Masibekela village near Komatipoort, Mpumalanga, last October.
There was drama during the first appearance of the suspects in court last year.
Angry villagers protested outside the court against the suspects' bail application.
