A memorial service for the late Linda "Jeff" Jekubeni, a well-known softball coach in Ekurhuleni, will be held at Lethukuthula Secondary School, Twala Section in Katlehong next Wednesday, at 5pm.
Jekubeni, 57, who died on Sunday, was buried on Monday following Muslim burial rites.
Jekubeni started his softball career at the now defunct Katlehong Mexicans in the mid 1970s.
At the time of his death he was still active as the president of the Ekurhuleni Softball and Baseball Development Initiative.
