Sowetan readers are invited to attend life-coaching sessions which will be conducted in Gauteng this year by motivational speaker and author Michael Ngila Muendane.

"These sessions or seminars cater for both parents and their children," said Muendane, who has hosted a show about life-coaching, motivation and the dynamics of goal-setting and self-mastery on Metro FM for more than a decade.

Muendane says he has been able to attain great success in helping to realign the life paths of many people, young and old, some from dysfunctional settings, socially-confused situations as well as those grappling with drug addiction, terminal illnesses and challenges at school and at work.

In the first set of seminars, Muendane will be at Constitution Hill in Braamfontein, Johannesburg.

The seminars open to parents only will be held on February 16, March 22, May 10, July 12 and on September 20.

Youth-focused seminars are due to take place on April 28, June 12 and on June 26.

"We will cater for women participants on August 9, which is Women's Day," Muendane said.

Muendane will take the seminars to Soshanguve, Pretoria, with the parents' seminar taking place at the Zakheni Training Centre on March 15.

The youth seminar will be held at the same venue on March 29.
