Load shedding should be more orderly

Many consumers have complained that Eskom's load-shedding schedule is "deurmekaar". Load shedding doesn't happen when it's supposed to and sometimes for longer than they say.

I would like to see load shedding disappear altogether, but perhaps if it happened in a more orderly fashion then businesses would be able to plan better and save some money.

How much time is wasted as we wait at robots? Wouldn't it be better if staff came in when they were sure their computers and equipment are working? It would also be helpful for hospitals, banks and shops to know when to anticipate a cut and make preparations for their customers.

This current crisis does not put the government in a good light.
