The undergraduate programmes of The Management College of Southern Africa (Mancosa) provide an opportunity for ambitious individuals to build and expand their knowledge of the business world.

Mancosa specialises in supported distance education in the field of business management and has developed an infrastructure of academic and intellectual capacity to facilitate the provision of its programmes.

The various undergraduate programmes offered via the supported distance learning mode allows students to study in an environment that offers direct communication with tutors and fellow students via e-mail, telephone and an integrated website.

Mancosa has been granted full institutional accreditation by the Council on Higher Education (CHE). Mancosa qualifications are recorded on the NQF by SAQA and are registered by the Department of Education (DoE).

This quality assurance gives the institution the stamp of approval sought by students and employers around the world.

The range of programmes offered at undergraduate level ranges from one year certificate programmes to three year degree programmes. This ensures that all students are accommodated depending on their level of education.

From the very outset, the programmes strive to maximise personal development, grow management and leadership skills and contribute to positive economic change in the countries from which students are drawn.

The main focus of all the programmes is to ensure that students develop the ability to apply management theory in practice.
