New Mpumalanga Black Aces' coach Kenny Ndlazi believes teaming up with Sam Pam as his assistant can work wonders for the National First Division club.

Pam worked with Ndlazi at the defunct Ria Stars in the 2000-01 season where Manyora finished on a credible sixth position on the Premiership log.

Ndlazi has been mandated with getting the team into the National First Division playoffs. He joined Amazayoni on Monday after beating the forgotten Victor "Mind Your Language" Bondarenko for the post.

The former South African Under-23 assistant-coach has assured the Aces' players that he won't rush into the market to beef-up the team.

Pam will not be part of Aces when they confront Winnerspark in a rescheduled Inland Stream clash at Seshego Stadium tomorrow at 3pm.

The match is one of the two clashes that will be played this weekend after they were disrupted by rain last year.

Another match tomorrow will see struggling Durban Stars hosting Ikapa Sporting at King Zwelithini Stadium in Umlazi also at 3pm.

Ndlazi took over the coaching reins at the sixth-placed Aces after the team redeployed their Greek coach Aiki Ayiomamitis to their Vodacom Promotional League side.

Ayiomamitis was assisted by Dumisani "Isiphithiphithi" Ngobe who has decided to return to the pitch.

Though Ndlazi is satisfied with their preparations for tomorrow's visit to Seshego, he would not be drawn into predicting a win against Winnerspark.
