'Jozi gets worse'

There has been no improvement in the overall service quality of the City of Johannesburg.

This is according to the DA's annual report card on the performance of the council released yesterday. "There has been a decline in customer satisfaction levels.

"This is underlined by the city's own survey, which says only 43 percent of Joburgers are happy with the council," said the DA.
