Police and environmental officials can huff and puff all they want about imminent arrests, but no one has yet been bust for the last incident.
We say this is straight-forward official negligence. These things were supposed to have been taken off the street months ago.
Our bureaucrats are simply failing to do their jobs. It's time to hold someone very publicly accountable.
