A Thanksgiving Day service held at Potter's House Fellowship Centre at Botleng in Delmas, Mpumalanga, at the weekend was a humbling and satisfying experience for committed pastor Paul Moropa and his family.

The two-pronged event was held to celebrate what congregants claimed was God's blessing of the local community since Moropa and his wife Busi became their spiritual leaders.

Speakers at the service were unanimous in declaring that their gifts to the Moropa family were a reciprocation of the love, generosity and kindness displayed by both Pastor Moropa and Busi to individual members of the congregation during their hours of need.

The occasion also coincided with a farewell to 15 university students who had been posted to undertake evangelical work, including counselling sessions and educational workshops, within the Botleng community over the past three weeks.
