Johannesburg police yesterday arrested a man after he was caught with an unlicensed firearm.

Two others were taken in for questioning by police.

The man was arrested in Katlehong, Ekurhuleni, after he was found in possession of an unlicensed 9mm firearm.

The man led police to two other men in Hillfox on the West Rand.

The two were questioned but were not linked to any crime.

Johannesburg police spokesman Lungelo Dlamini said police were still probing the two men to establish what criminal activities they had been involved in. - Tebogo Monama
