Two years ago a young and budding Soweto artist, Tebogo Ngwenya, had an idea of what ANC President Thabo Mbeki and his deputy Jacob Zuma had in mind about the future of the ANC and the country.

It was long before the current leadership succession debate intensified that Ngwenya analysed what each of the two leaders aspired to achieve.

Through this kaleidoscope, Ngwenya told a story of how Mbeki wanted to see a woman succeed him as president while Zuma would be interested in a men's club situation.

He envisioned that Mbeki would lose popularity while Zuma would enjoy massive support. Don't you think that this artist has been proven right?
